IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Conference Passes - Sponsors are accorded complimentary conference passes to attend RT12
- The number of complimentary conference passes are accorded according to the sponsorship categories
- Conference passes provide access to the Welcome Reception, Conference Proceedings, Conference Materials, Lunches & Coffee Breaks
2. Exhibition Booth
- Tier 1 sponsors are accorded one (1) complimentary exhibition booth of 3m x 3m each
- The complimentary booth will be complete with standard shell scheme, standard booth furniture and electrical points
- Should the sponsor wish to custom design or enhance the exhibition booth, all additional costs are borne by the sponsor
