NOTES - Every 3m x 3m booth comes with two (2) exhibitor passes (for access to Exhibition Area, Welcome Reception, Lunches & Coffee Breaks only).
- Please note that these Exhibitor passes do not provide access to the Main Conference Hall.
- Any Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) that wishes to share an exhibition booth with another NGO (maximum of 2 organisations per booth), please contact [email protected]
- The Poster Panel space does not include any exhibitor passes. Poster panels are limited to two (2) per organisations.
- Deadline for submission of Exhibitor Booking Form: 30 September 2014 (GMT+8)
Deadline for submission of payment (in full): 7 October 2014 (GMT+8) Kindly click on the following link to download the booking form. Note: While all efforts will be made to accommodate the request of the exhibitor, the Organiser reserves the right to alter or change the stand allocation without prior notice. Availability of booth is on a first-come-first-served basis. All exhibitors are required to adhere to the terms & conditions as indicated in the RT12 Exhibitor Guidelines.
